At The Avid Planner, we take pride in creating thoughtfully designed planning tools. Because our products are physical and carefully packaged, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and delivered.
This policy helps us maintain quality control and hygiene standards for all customers.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos or videos showing the issue
- a brief description of the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we will:
- replace the item or
- issue a refund, at our discretion
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- change of mind
- incorrect delivery address provided at checkout
- delays caused by the courier
- minor variations in colour or print due to screen or printing differences
Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before processing.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- delays caused by third-party couriers
- failed delivery attempts due to unavailable recipients
However, we will always assist in tracking your order where possible.
