At The Avid Planner, we are committed to delivering your orders carefully and efficiently. Please review the information below to understand how our order processing, shipping, and returns work.
How We Fulfill Orders
Our store is located in Lagos, Nigeria. All deliveries within Lagos, Nigeria, are made within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after 9:00 am on Fridays, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next business day, within normal working hours.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you add items to your cart.
Enter your delivery address to view available shipping options and rates before completing your order.
Shipping Within Nigeria
Orders shipped within Nigeria (outside Lagos) are typically delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate, as we are unable to reroute orders once they have been shipped.
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us with your full name, order number, and delivery address, and we will assist as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped at the estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Please ensure that your address, postal code, and phone number are complete and identifiable to avoid delays.
The Avid Planner is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier handling, or local regulations beyond our control.
Customs & Import Duties
Prices listed on our website do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may be applied by your country.
As the recipient, you are responsible for:
- all customs duties
- import taxes
- local sales or handling fees
If a shipment is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid customs charges, the parcel will be returned to us. Any additional shipping or customs costs incurred will be deducted from any refund or credit owed.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.
If delivery is attempted while you are unavailable, the courier will provide instructions on how to retrieve your parcel. If the item is not collected within the courier’s holding period, it may be returned to us.
In such cases:
- Re-shipping fees will apply
- We will contact you before resending the item
To avoid delays, we recommend shipping to an address where someone is available during business hours.
